Digital Products
Digital products are available immediately after your payment has been processed.
You'll receive an email with a link to download your purchase, and you can begin enjoying it within minutes. If you don't see your download email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Physical Products
Many of our physical products are made especially for you after your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider variety of unique designs while reducing waste.
Production times vary depending on the product and supplier. Once your order has been printed and prepared, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Every product is a little different, but in general:
- Digital Downloads: Available immediately.
- Print-on-Demand Products: Usually require several business days for production before shipping.
- Shipping Time: Depends on your location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout whenever possible.
Ordering Digital and Physical Products Together
If your order includes both digital and physical items, your digital downloads will be delivered immediately, while your physical products will ship separately once they've been produced.
Order Tracking
When your physical order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Multiple Packages
If your order contains products made by different production partners, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, occasional delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues can occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
